A collection of sheets to construct a report either to back up a PIR or to create a text report for the client.

These can be issued to the inspecting electricians who can take them out on site and fill in the gaps.

This information is then passed back to the office.  Each sheet is then opened and the data inputted.  The sections of each sheet that have been filled in can then be copy and pasted onto a new document.

The codes on each sheet (e.g. ACC1) are useful for marking up a plan showing where the defects are located.
